5. Changes and Revisions
The number of revisions or changes included in a project may depend on the agreed scope of work.
Requests that significantly change the original project requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.
However, delivery dates may change due to:

7. Client Content and Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, documents, software, and other materials provided to NisthaGrid are legally permitted to be used.
The client must not provide content that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of another person or organization.
8. Website Hosting and Third-Party Services
Some projects may use third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, themes, APIs, analytics services, or other external platforms.
NisthaGrid is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

11. Intellectual Property

NisthaGrid does not transfer ownership of third-party materials that it does not own.
12. Portfolio and Project Showcase
Unless the client requests otherwise, NisthaGrid may display completed work, screenshots, or project information in its portfolio or promotional materials.
Clients may request that their project not be publicly displayed.
13. Cancellation
Either party may request cancellation of a project.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment for work already completed or expenses already incurred may not be refundable.
Any refund or cancellation arrangement will depend on the circumstances and the terms agreed upon for the project.
14. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the service.
Digital services, development work, customization, and work that has already been completed may not be refundable.
Any applicable refund terms will be communicated to the client before or during the project.
15. Limitation of Liability
NisthaGrid will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services.
However, NisthaGrid will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party service failures, hosting problems, domain issues, cyber incidents, software updates, search engine algorithm changes, or client actions.
Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and access to their own business accounts and important data.
